Purposes and lawful grounds

Applicable grounds may include Law No. 6698 Article 5(2)(c), 5(2)(f), 5(2)(e), depending on the real process. Keeping a CV for unrelated future vacancies requires separate disclosure and any additional permission required by law.

Data may arrive via forms, email and other channels chosen by applicants. Authorized recruitment personnel and technical/email providers may handle relevant records.
The live CV upload destination and recruitment endpoint have not been verified for this package and must be checked before publication.
Retention and international transfer
Applications must be kept only as long as necessary for recruitment or applicable legal duties, under a real company retention schedule.
Any transfer abroad must meet the independent requirements under Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
Sensitive data and rights
