Purposes and legal grounds
To receive and respond to inquiries, consider potential projects, prepare proposals and secure the submission process.
Depending on the inquiry, applicable grounds may include Law No. 6698 Articles 5(2)(c), 5(2)(f), 5(2)(e) and relevant legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically opt you into marketing communications.
Collection and recipients
Your form information is collected electronically. In the technical version reviewed, the Next.js contact endpoint sends inquiries through the Resend email delivery service to info@berrsoft.com.tr.
Email and infrastructure providers may process data only to provide the service; actual agreements and hosting locations require verification.
International transfers and retention
If using Resend or hosting infrastructure results in transfers abroad, BerrSoft must separately verify an appropriate mechanism under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. This notice does not itself authorize a transfer.
Messages are kept for the period required to respond and manage the relationship and applicable obligations; a final retention schedule must reflect real company practice.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information (including health or identity documents) in free-text fields.
