What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small records that may be saved in your browser. Browser local storage can similarly remember a decision. Our consent interface uses localStorage to remember your cookie category choices.

Displaying a cookie banner does not mean every category of tracking is active.

Strictly necessary preferences

Non-essential categories are off by default. Declining them does not prevent access to essential site content.

• berrsoft_cookie_consent_v2 (localStorage) records your essential/analytics/marketing choices, version and timestamp for up to 180 days. The retention period restarts when a new choice is saved.
• Infrastructure or security providers may process technical logs or set strictly necessary session/security cookies depending on the actual live deployment; these require verification.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is configured to activate only when a measurement ID is supplied and you choose to allow Analytics. If activated, Google may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Actual cookie names and durations must be verified against the deployed setup.

This integration does not load GA4 before consent. Any independent tracking tags inserted elsewhere on the website must be separately audited.

Marketing technologies

Marketing is a separate permission category for possible future advertising measurement and retargeting technologies. This package does not install Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags. Any future providers must be disclosed, inventoried and blocked until appropriate consent is obtained.

Your choices

You can Accept all, Reject or Manage preferences. Analytics and marketing preferences are independent and are not preselected.

Reopen your preferences using the cookie icon at the bottom left. Withdrawing consent stops future processing by consent-dependent integrations; past records held by a provider may require a separate deletion request.

Legal basis and transfers

Essential technologies rely on an applicable processing condition under Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, depending on their specific purpose. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are based on explicit consent.

Any international transfer must separately meet the requirements of Article 9; accepting cookies alone does not automatically satisfy transfer requirements.
